1. Make sure to register your product before you use FunGP service.
2. If the product has not been registered then you can not buy any games / apps.
3. If the games or apps shows _C it is only for Caanoo and if it shows _W then it is for GP2X Wiz
4. All the games and apps have been protected by DRM system so you MUST use PC Manager to transfer any games and apps to your SD Card.(PC Manager download bar is located on your right hand side bar)

<Q&A>
Q1 : I failed to connect the device(Wiz or CAANOO) to the PC manger.
A1 : To connect the GPH device to the PC manger, it should be connected to the computer through 24 pin USB cable. If the device is connected properly, the device will be recognized as usb disk on My Computer.
Q2 : When I tried to connect the device to the PC manger, the device failed to register.
A2-1 : Due to the SD card lock & firewall, etc., this problem might happen.
Unlock the SD card and turn off the firewall temporarily.
A2-2 : It may be due to the Universal Serial Bus Controller.
It can be fixed by following this procedure.
Open the Control panel -> click System / Hardware / Device manager -> Delete the Device Driver in the Universal Serial Bus -> The device driver will be reinstalled automatically.
If device driver is not installed automatically, you can reinstall it by clicking Action -> Scan for Hardware Changes on the device manager.
If youre using USB mouse, it might not work after deleting the Device Manager. In this case, please move the mouse cursor by pressing Alt + A keys and reinstall the Device Manager through Scan for hardware change
Q3 : I tried to connect my friends CAANOO with my FunGP account to the PC manager but I failed.
A3 : If the device is not registered or already registered by another user, the device connection will not be made.
Q4 : I have ported games into the device through PC manger but I cant see the game list on the device.
A4 : Did you select the folder where you want to save the contents when you transfer them to the device through PC manger? For users convenience, all contents are automatically classified and transferred to their own folders.(Game contents will be transferred to the Game folder even if you do not choose the folder)
If you choose the folder where the contents can be saved, the configuration of folder will be changed and the list of the contents might not appear on the device.
For that reason, please do not select the folder when you transfer the contents to the device.
Q5 : I can not install the PC manger and it says there is no program associated with this file.
A5 : PC manager is provided in zip file. So you need zip program to open it.
Install zip program, unzip the PC manager file and try again
Q6. I have finished device registration at FunGP but I failed to download the contents. Im using Window 7 OS.
A6. Go to the Start Menu and select the Control Panel and then double click the User Accounts icon. Find the text Change User Account Control settings and click on it.
A new window will pop up for adjusting the UAC or User Account Control Settings.
Adjust the slider all the way to the bottom in the Never notify position Click OK.
You will get a notification in your task bar stating that you must restart for the changes to take place.
Restart your computer. Download the PC manager & the contents again from FunGP and transfer the contents to the device through the PC manager.
Q7. I failed to install PC manager. (Im using Window 7)

A8 : The file might have been corrupted during the download.
Please delete all files downloaded at C:GP2X folder and then start again from the beginning(Download the games again from FunGP and transfer them to the device through the PC manager.)
If the problem occurs continuously, you need to check the condition of SD card & virus. |
